Our Story
Thanks to the support of the Walloon region (SPW) and the Mecatech Pole, three walloon industrial investors (Unisensor, Coris BioConcept and Plast4life) and one research center (Sirris) invested in more than 600,000€ in state-of-the-art-equipments.
It includes:
- a 3D-micro-EDM-milling facility (Sarix® SX100HPM), for the production of micro-structured injection moulds of micrometric precision and optical quality,
- a state-of-the-art injection-compression press (FANUC roboshot S100iA 330), equipped with the Variotherm® thermoregulation technology, for the replication of microfluidic parts, with good material, in industrial conditions.
These equipments complete an already existing R&D eco-system for the development of customized microfluidic solutions, and help to shorten lead times and drastically reduce uncertainties related to future industrialization.
We are driven by quality
These world-class technologies are also supported by:
• Advanced control equipments (e.g. Keyence VHX-7000)
• controlled environment facilities (ISO7&8 areas)
• Certified Quality environment (ISO 9001/ISO 13485)
And are fully integrated into the R&D eco-system proposed by Sirris for the development of custom microfluidic solutions.
